Medical herbalist after obtaining a science degree in herbal medicine at the College of Phytotherapy and Westminster University in 2002.
A full member of the college of practitioners of phytotherapy.
Consultations include a full medical history, dietary and lifestyle advice for a tailor made herbal prescription for the individuals needs.
As a spiritual healer since 1997, the energy work compliments the herbal prescription to restore body, mind and spirit back to health.
I worked as a consultant in natural product development for several years but now run a small clinic in Margate since 2017 - Herboristerie at the old Kent market - there I offer herbal medicine and energy work, a holistic approach to restore and nurture.
I am an holistic practitioner, whose therapeutic work engulfs many different types of therapies; scientific, physical and energetic. I completed my Yoga Teacher Training whilst completing my degree in Biochemistry, majoring in Nutrition and going on to train with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli to teach yoga and breathwork, holistically supporting biological women in all stages of their lives.
I am now a student of Herbal Medicine and live in Margate, where I practice my therapies with women in the community and run Thanet Doulas®.I trained in Massage Therapy with the Jing school of Massage before training as a Doula with the OBC, supporting women pre/postnatally and during birth.
I have also trained in feminine energy healing with Miranda Grey and am Level 3 Moon Mother®, qualified to give Level 3 Womb Blessings and Womb Healings. I only work with women.
